The 4x4 Scratch Built Class is a fan favorite. Typically these trucks are chain driven and can haul the mail! The trucks must meet the NR/CTPA rules.

The truck can not weigh more then 10 pounds
The truck can run a maximum of 7 cells, NIMH or NICD.
There is no motor limit in this class.
