The 2WD Sportsman's class was developed to all novice drivers or those on a budget to get involved in pulling. Don't let the name fool you, running 10-turn single motors will give the trucks enough power to pull 70-pounds down the track and still have enough torque to get out of hand!

Unlike the insane class, you are limited to running motors that are not hotter then a 10-turn single. All the other rules are the same, so if you choose to run in the insane class in the future, all you need to do is upgrade your electronics.

The truck can not weigh more then 10 pounds
The truck can run a maximum of 7 cells, NIMH or NICD.
There is a motor limit in this class, you can not run a motor hotter then a 10-turn single.
